The Shurhold 3100 Dual Action Polisher is a unique electric handheld polishing and sanding unit for use on painted or fiberglass surfaces. Designed for layman and do-it-yourselfers, the 3100 Dual Action Polisher utilizes a 6-inch oscillating head that allows for a consistently great finish, without burns or swirls that can result from a standard rotary polisher wielded by inexperienced users. Its ease of use also makes it an excellent waxing and buffing tool. Burn and Swirl-free Polishing and Sanding Results Every Time

The design goal of Shurhold's Dual Action Polisher is to allow average users to achieve the same high gloss, professional finish that the pros do with a rotary buffer/polisher, but in a unit that less-experienced, everyday users can operate with the same effectiveness. Traditional rotary polishers have a larger wheel spinning at a high rpm, which means the operator's technique is important as to avoid burns and swirls. The Shurhold polisher's dual action, 6 inch oscillating head dramatically minimizes these issues, and allows anyone to get the same great finish, without burns or swirls. In addition, general detail maintenance like waxing and buffing can now be done in half the time, with half the effort and half the amount of product.

Additional Special Features

Beyond its 6" oscillating head, Shurhold's Dual Action Polisher contains a variety of additional special features tailor made for the average user. The first are quick change pads* with Velcro backing. Designed for easy and fast removal and replacement, these pads ensure you never waste time with complicated pad replacements when all you want to do is get the job done. As a safety concern the Dual Action Polisher contains a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) built into its power cord. Just like the outlet commonly found near kitchen and bathroom sinks, this GFCI functionality will cut off power to the unit should it become submerged or shorted by water, protecting you and the unit. Finally, Shurhold 3100 Dual Action Polisher has a 20-foot power cord. Much longer than the standard pigtail length cord often found in handheld units, this extra long cord allows for maximized freedom of movement while working, without the added need for an extension cord.
